On the Add New Data page, you will find several methods for uploading your experimental data and supporting metadata onto the Enable Cloud Platform.
If the standard Upload Data option doesn’t suit your needs, you may also use the other uploaders in the Other Actions section.
To upload files using the command line, use the Command Line Uploader. See here for instructions on how to use:

The General File Uploader is a convenient way to upload any files and file types to the Portal.
To upload files, you can either drag files directly from your local computer, or click in the box to select files to upload. All files uploaded using this module will be available in the Data Manager.
