In “My Group’s Data”, you will see all of the studies, as well as all of the raw data, that you have access to. If you belong to more than one Group, use the pull-down menu at the top of the page to see the different studies nested under each group.
Your Studies
Studies can be selected from your group’s active studies, published studies, and your group’s archived studies.
Under the Studies section, you will see each study’s name, description, as well as the number of experiments and number of samples in the study. The “View Study” button will take you to the Study Details Page for each study.
Experiments & Metadata
Raw data can be selected by choosing a particular experiment or sample, or by viewing the clinical metadata for samples or patients in your group’s data.
On the Experiments & Samples tab, you may toggle between experiments and samples, or filter the experiments or samples using the actions on the right side of the screen.
New Study
A new study can be created by using the “New Study” button. For more, see
